Jonathan Banks made a presentation at NOC of the latest results from market surveys made by the Nielsen company. The surveys investigate reasons behind consumers behaviors. Why do they, or why do they not, buy organic? Jonathan Banks concluded that norganic marketers must now work harder to justify their positions on the shelves. For many shoppers, an organic accreditation will not be sufficient on its own for them to buy premium priced products.
